Since the discovery of antibiotics, people have begun to use them in treating diseases caused by bacteria for decades years. Antibiotics are indeed useful in killing bacteria in bodies, however, the abuse of antibiotics will lead the bacteria to evolve, and can resist antibiotics and become hard to be eliminated in the future. For example, since Penicillium was discovered accidentally by Fleming, they started to produce and distribute the antibiotic in 1945, and doctors start to use them in clinical treatment. (Aminov 2010) It was powerful at that time, and people assumed the usage of Penicillin would not cause the incidence of infections resistant to it, because they realized after they used arsenic in curing Syphilis for 40 years, the Treponema pallidum did not show an increased incidence of arsenic-resistant. (Rollo et al. 1952) However, the truth is that these years, people found other bacteria, including Enterobacteriaceae, which have got the resistance for not only original Penicillin, but also to semi-synthetic penicillins, cephalosporins, and newer carbapenems.
